Delivery and returns

We understand that in business time is money, because of this we aim to keep all products in stock at all times so that you can get your order as quickly as possible. Deliveries are dispatched every day by our trusted hauliers with most shipments on a next day basis.

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, whether it be damaged or incorrect we would of course replace or exchange any item for you.

Delivery is free for all mainland UK orders over £300 net , under this value a carriage charge of £12 will be added to your order. Delivery ia be free for all orders to offshore UK and the whole of Ireland which are over £450 net. Under this value a carriage charge of £25 will be added to your order.

Home delivery service - Camelot now offers a delivery service straight to your customers home! If the image they would like is not in your stock, simply take their order and payment before contacting us and we will send their image straight to them on your behalf.*

Put your own prints onto canvas

If you have a particular range of print(s) that you would like putting onto canvas we can supply that service for you! Simply send us the print(s) you would like to be placed onto canvas and we will do the rest. Please contact us for more information.

Image formats

Camelot now offers a very broad range of image formats, from traditional framed imaged to images with transparent mounts. This glossary is aimed at helping you to tell the difference and explain exactly how each format differs from another.

Traditional Frame- These images are simply 'framed' using a wide variety of premium mouldings. Simple yet timelessly elegant.

Hand Finished Frame- We also offer a wide range of frames which have been finished by hand to brilliant effect. The extra detail this process gives is becoming more and more popular with our customers.

Panels- Panels require the image to be bonded to board and a special protective film is added, producing a matt finish. This process creates a totally different way of framing an image. The frames are approx 5cm deep with a 2mm face.

Canvas- The image is permanently bonded to a fine weave calico which is then stretched round a 5cm box frame. The corners are folded neatly for a crisp finish and the edges of the image are feathered so as to blend nicely into the canvas. All canvas images are given a protective textured finish which also acts to enhance the colours. Produces a very modern looking image, perfect for any style conscious home owner.
